Nestled in a dell at the feet of the Blue Ridge Mountains lies Little Brook Farm, where I had the privilege of raising my three beloved daughters. Today, my youngest daughter runs the farm and has a thriving market stand. We grow and raise most of our own food.

For over a decade, I've been deeply involved with the local Youth Development Council that enriches the lives of children. From mentoring children individually to developing nutritious meals for their After School program, I currently serve as President of the Youth Development Council.

From my life on the farm, I am able to enjoy nourishing moments of life – tending my garden, reading any C.S. Lewis book on the porch swing or exploring the farm with my grandchildren. The joy of cooking for loved ones and the warmth of deep conversations over steaming cups of tea have formed much of my perspective on life.

I have also walked through valleys such as the onset of a debilitating autoimmune disease that took several years of trial and error before I learned to manage it. Grief through death, loss, and betrayal has taught me profound lessons.

Out of those difficulties came my desire to take up life coaching. This led me to become a certified Life and Health Coach through HCI, and I am also certified in Mental Health Coaching.

I am here to journey alongside you, guiding, supporting, and empowering you to navigate your life's unique path.

Books that have been transformative for me:

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy by JRR Tolkein

The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk

12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson

Running Scared by Edward Welch
